Welcome to our website. We sincerely appreciate your interest on our Japanese Sake and our brewery. Our brewery ("Kura") was established in 1898. The Kura is located at Tendo, Yamagata where is the northeastern part of Japan and for more than 100 years, we have been brewing Japanese Sake using local rice, water from well and master brewer called "Toji". Recently, Japanese Sake world is getting more interesting because of the wider variety and the mixture of traditional and modern brewing skills. But unfortunately this excitement is not shared by many people. It is true that Sake world might seem a bit difficult, we are sure you will into it if you take a little step. Therefore in this site we make the best effort so that everybody can "feel" the pleasure of Sake easily. Sake is fun to know and what is more, fun to drink. We are very proud of brewing Japanese Sake, literally the part of culture of our country. We will keep on making the best Sake. KANPAI!!
