Yamada
Nishiki (called the king of Sake Rice), and long term fermentation
in a lower temperature have uplifted this "Suifuyo"
brand to the current reputation. Because of the less acid
than "Shinku (above)", this is more light and smooth.
Famous for the copy "Well, please take off your Kaduki
(Japanese traditional hat for marriage ceremony)" in
the local radio commercials.
